Our aim is to provide a high end portrait experience, that serves as a departure from the standard school pictures we have come to expect to cringe at.
Our service is personalized and professional. We believe that in selecting just a few schools a year, we can provide highly personalized service, as well as beautiful, genuinely artistic images that capture the child's authentic personality. There will be no "say cheese", no awkward poses, and no props. Just a beautiful reflection of the child on that day.
We also approach these images using natural light, so there are no big flashes to make little ones nervous, or create unflattering light. We provide a fun experience for the children and images that parents will hold onto as heirloom portraits.
SCHOOL FAQ'S
What do your services encompass?
Our delivery service for images is completely online. Families are provided with a link to a password-protected ordering gallery. Galleries are organized according to grade, classroom, or whatever best suits the school’s needs. Each child will be provided with 2-5 images in both color and black and white. The family choses what photos they want printed, as opposed to the photographer choosing for them. The families also have the option order boutique products such as canvas gallery wraps and digital images for future printing and online sharing.
We also provide a PDF answering common parent questions and detailing the ordering process, that can be distributed to parents prior to ordering day. After that, all questions from parents can be directed to us.
Prints are all ordered online and delivered to the school within a month of picture day.
We provide all equipment needed for photo day.
We provide the school with all high resolution digital files to use for yearbooks, website, school advertising, school ID's, or however the school wishes to use the images.
We handle any questions from parents and families about ordering and products.
We take staff and class photos depending on the school’s needs.
We are happy and willing to provide any custom options that may be needed.
Is this service expensive?
Our rates are competitive with traditional school photos, and we require nothing upfront. We also offer a variety of print collections, a-la-carte items and digital downloads to meet a variety of needs and budgets. What time of year do you book school photoshoots?
We book year around! We are happy to accommodate the timing that works best for you, schedule permitting.
Do you take class photos?
We do! We can take them the same day, or arrange to come back. Class photos are complimentary.
